The stylish holiday home VILLETTA CHILLOUT is perched on a hill in Eden Rock near Chia and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding vegetation. To get there, a car is essential. The private parking is high up behind the house and from there, the stairs will lead you down to the property.

VILLETTA CHILLOUT has an ethno-chic design and sleeps 4 guests on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with all amenities – incl. large fridge with freezer, oven, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishwasher,  -, a practical open-plan living/dining room – with Dual-SAT TV, DVD/CD player, DVDs, books, and complementary Internet WiFi for your entertainment – one bedroom with twin-beds and a modern bathroom with shower.

Internal stairs lead up to the first floor, where there is a nice master bedroom with queen-size bed, a balcony facing the sea and a contemporary bathroom with rain shower-head, double sinks, as well as the access to the back terrace and the Mediterranean garden. Imagine yourself hanging out there in the hammock surrounded by the scent of rosemary and thyme while gazing at the sea – what a luxury!

The outdoor area also includes of a private garden and a covered patio which shelters a comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your barbecued meals. VILLETTA CHILLOUT is very well equipped: it comes with air-conditioning, heating fans in the bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, safe, hairdryer, iron with board, barbecue, outdoor shower and sunbeds. Enjoy soaking in the morning sun, dreaming under the stars or reflecting upon the moonlight of South Sardinia!
