Casa Rosanna is a lovely accommodation just 200 m away from the white sandy beach of Santa Margherita.

The property is immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation and features a living room with dining area, a sofa which can also be converted into two single beds (extra cost for towels and bed linen), a bedroom and a bathroom. A cot and/or high chair for a baby is available on request.

The veranda can be fully closed and offers a lounge and dining area, as well as an outdoor kitchen. The small private garden is equipped with barbecue and hot water shower.

The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, where there is a bar during the Summer months.

Within the Calaverde community you will find an area reserved for children, a table tennis table, two tennis courts, private parking and a communal swimming pool open in July and August (entrance fee).

Only a few kilometers away are located the most beautiful beaches of Chia and of the Southern coast of Sardinia.
